Welcome to Basic Cookery Level 3

My name is Julz and I am a level three chef lecturer at Otago Polytechnic. I teach basic cookery on two courses, L3 full-time and L3 part-time my professional goal is to provide the basic cookery foundations to these students, to be part of there learning environment, mentor and teacher and to encourage further qualifications, Professional Cookery Level 4. These gives me some challenges but ultimately, I provide a platform from which students can learn and grow within there chosen career. I look forward to engage student learning with videos, from practical sessions.
